a UFO in Akihabara?

I was hanging out in Akihabara (Tokyo) during late september at 8 in the morning with DJ Vika, while I tooked two pictures with Vika's digital camera of one of the squares right behind metro station's access ... couple of days ago I had noticed a strange object/thing on top - right of the first picture ... I am investigating a lot on crop circles mysterious symbolism and been reading lots of stuff about BOL ('balls of light'), UFOs, IFOs and other strange sky things ... I had even sended a copy of these pictures to Masahiro Kahata (IBVA Technologies), friend Keith Patchel (we have the Karmatic duo running, coming soon releasing 'Airports' album) and Luciana from IBVA UK.
